## 0. One-line

> **The opposite of foam recovery is leftover *inventory* draining into wells, and that is the CDM role, not a constitutive \(y\)-map.** On the rubber sheet, dust follows an already-shaped well (test geodesics). Using the same dust as *source* deepens the well: extra \(T_{\mu\nu}\) in the dent. Local cosmic-mean fill of a MW well is negligible (\(3.5\times 10^5 M_\odot\) inside \(8.5\,\mathrm{kpc}\); \(0.31\,M_b\) inside \(300\,\mathrm{kpc}\) vs a Newtonian-halo extra \(\sim 1.9\times 10^{12} M_\odot\)). Paying that extra needs a Hubble catchment: leftover critical mass shared among \(\sim 10^{11}\) galaxies is \(\sim 4.5\times 10^{11} M_\odot\) — halo scale, collisionless well-dust, **CDM-role**. Forbidden as an input (FT-NO-CDM-INPUT); M16 wrecks if that species also sits in the Mach sum. Secular pile-up depends on age, not on present \(y\). P4 reverse: Euclidean \(B^4\) has no retarded flux *in* either. If the sheet has already sagged under the present bowling ball, that is the currently-loaded mattress — the constitutive prize. No accretion shop. P5 stands. Prize OPEN.

---

## 1. Four readings of “dust falls in”

| | Meaning | End |
|--|---------|-----|
| **A** | Test dust on an already-shaped sheet | Geodesics. Does not mint extra \(\Phi\). The demo of motion in a well, not of the well’s source. |
| **B** | Source dust: leftover bulk *mass* pools in the dent | Extra local inventory. Collisionless \(\Rightarrow\) Bullet *kind*. Same *role* as CDM / knot-condensate halo. **No CDM input.** |
| **C** | 3-geometry sags in equilibrium under present baryons | Currently-loaded foam. Static \(y\)-map. Prize rename, not a drain. |
| **D** | 4-to-3 current over time (P4 run backwards) | Product \(T^{n\alpha}=0\) blocks inflow too. Euclidean leftover \(B^4\) is elliptic: no retarded drain. Lorentzian extra dim risks \(c_{\mathrm{gw}}\). |

**Finding A1 [E honesty].** The classroom sheet already cheats: the well is *imposed* by the bowling ball’s weight in ambient 3-gravity. Marbles falling in do not explain why the sheet is curved. Leftover bulk used as accumulating *source* is that cheat read as inventory.

## 2. Budget (MW \(M_b=5\times 10^{10}M_\odot\), \(\rho_c=3H_0^2/8\pi G\))

| \(r\) (kpc) | \(\rho_c\) fill / \(M_\odot\) | fill / \(M_b\) | BTFR \(\nu\) | halo-language extra / \(M_\odot\) | light time |
|-------------|-------------------------------|----------------|--------------|-----------------------------------|------------|
| 8.5 | \(3.5\times 10^5\) | \(7\times 10^{-6}\) | \(1.12\) | \(5.8\times 10^9\) | \(2.8\times 10^4\,\mathrm{yr}\) |
| 50 | \(7.1\times 10^7\) | \(1.4\times 10^{-3}\) | \(6.6\) | \(2.8\times 10^{11}\) | \(1.6\times 10^5\,\mathrm{yr}\) |
| 300 | \(1.5\times 10^{10}\) | \(0.31\) | \(39\) | \(1.9\times 10^{12}\) | \(1.0\times 10^6\,\mathrm{yr}\) |

**Finding A2 [E algebra].** You cannot fill a RAR well from the cosmic mean *inside* the well. The catchment has to be leftover-scale.

Hubble-ball critical mass \(\sim 4.5\times 10^{22} M_\odot\). Shared among \(10^{11}\) MW-class galaxies (order, not a census): \(\sim 4.5\times 10^{11} M_\odot\) each — the halo number. That is leftover *as stuff*, reassigned into wells. Photons would see it if it sources \(\Phi\) (KiDS-capable), but then it is a collisionless halo profile, not a universal \(y=g_N/a_0\) map, and it is the inventory freeze.

Light-crossing of the well is \(10^4\)–\(10^6\,\mathrm{yr}\). If leftover could fall at \(c\), the drain finished long ago and we are back at **C** (equilibrium). A slow drain needs a new speed or a dashpot \(\tau\) — the foam mill’s shop.

---

## 3. Why this is not the RAR, and not a high-\(z\) save

Secular accumulation tracks **age and catchment**, not present \(g_N\). SPARC is a present-day \(y\)-map (\(\sim 0.13\,\mathrm{dex}\)). Two wells at the same \(y\) and different assembly times would split. Runaway (deeper well \(\to\) more dust \(\to\) deeper well) needs a saturation or a shop; leftover \(K\) as a cap is the yield *kind* already named, and then the leftover is again constitutive, not a pile of dust.

High-\(z\) baryon-looking disks: less time to accumulate would *reduce* extra \(\Phi\), the opposite sign of expanding-\(R\) \(a_0(z)\). That sign is *kind*, but it is not needed: Genzel-class disks already sit at \(g\sim (3\)–\(11)\,a_0\) with **today’s** \(a_0\) (FT-A0-Z). Compactness pays the look. Do not open a drain mill to save high-\(z\).

Bullet: leftover dust that stays in galaxy wells after the gas is ram-stripped is exactly why CDM was introduced. Compactness of leftover \(\Phi\) remains the live *kind*; amplitude stays OPEN (P5). Accumulated inventory is not a licence to close \(\kappa\).

---

## 4. Integrity

| Gate | Verdict |
|------|---------|
| Local \(\rho_c\) fill pays RAR inventory | **NO** |
| Hubble share is a \(y\)-map | **NO** (halo-scale stuff) |
| Secular accumulation is universal in \(y\) | **NO** |
| Collisionless well-dust | **CDM role** · not an input |
| P4 inflow exhibited | **NO** |
| Rubber-sheet dust is the source | **NO** (test masses) |
| High-\(z\) drain needed beyond compactness | **NO** |
| CDM inserted / \(\dot M\) invented / promote | **NO** |
| Prize closed | **NO** |

**Exit:** `PASS_FT_BULK_ACCUM_INVENTORY_NOT_YMAP`
