## 0. One-line

> **You can close the *line* by parking it. You cannot pay \(W\) without a new kernel. You can still *kill* the scalar-AQUAL EL, not leftover extra \(\Phi\).** Phenomenology is exhausted (FT-MACRO-BOUND). Writing coefficients of \((g,u,a)\) is a shop. The only remaining falsifiers of *this* 3D reduction are (i) Cassini \(Q_2\) vs any fat RAR join if the static EL stays AQUAL-divergence (Desmond CAT-EVID; tensor \(a_\mu\) loophole unpaid), and (ii) ultrafaint \(\sigma\) if baryons are honest (Draco too cold, not a hard kill yet). KiDS extra \(\Phi\) is not on the kill list. P5 and \(\sqrt{6}\) are fences, not slot-kills. Prize OPEN. No promote.

**Kill that would end leftover extra \(\Phi\):** would need photons to track baryons-only at \(300\,\mathrm{kpc}\). They do not.

**Kill that would end leftover-locked AQUAL as the 3D EL:** SS quadrupole vs SPARC fatness if no tensor loophole; or ultrafaints if \(\sigma_{\mathrm{obs}}\) stays far above EFE-AQUAL for honest \(M_b\).

**Not kills:** \(\sqrt{6}\) vs SPARC (clothes); P5 clusters (expected shortfall); WBS vs Chae (Banik Newton is compatible).
