## 0. One-line

> **Do not match leftover to dark energy.** KiDS galaxy–galaxy lensing is a **measurement** of extra shear around isolated galaxies (Mistele 2024 ApJL: \(\langle V_{\mathrm{lens}}/V_{\mathrm{BTFR}}\rangle\simeq 1.10\), \(g_{\mathrm{obs}}/g_N\sim 24\)–\(104\) at the published \(300\,\mathrm{kpc}\) bins). That is CAT-EVID that photons see extra \(\Phi\), not extra \(m\). KiDS *cosmic shear* cosmology (\(S_8\), \(\Omega_m\), \(w(z)\)) is a DE/FLRW attribution. It is **not** a mill target and is not an ingredient of the RAR book. Universal expansion is **not granted**. Proton-class occupancy does not need a bang. Therefore leftover does not “owe” \(q_0<0\). Large-scale structure may be Book G **and** Book C (ionized plasma, measured \(\mathbf{B}\to\mathbf{J}\)). Book C is not a \(v(r)\) law and does not retire the halo (P-HI).

Inner Einstein rings (high \(g\)) never used KiDS. SPARC is local stellar/HI kinematics. Those two boards are DE-free on their face.

No banked leftover mill inserts \(\Omega_\Lambda\), \(q_0\), or a supernova diagram as an ingredient of extra \(\Phi\). Contrast with a \(\Lambda\) fluid is allowed only as “this is not that.” Matching leftover to DE-attributed observations is **FIRE**.

## 3. Expansion is not granted

Leftover \(R\) is spectrally locked, not FLRW \(a(t)\) (FT-R-LOCK). Sky \(z\) is TO BED (SP-COS-OBS). Hubble cooling is FIRE. Origin / Door B stays PARK as a mass mill. Proton-class \(T(2,3)\) occupancy is a local snapshot on locked \(R\), not a bang (FT-T23-ORIGIN-SIZE).

Therefore:

- Do not mill leftover \(^3R\) as \(\Lambda_{\mathrm{eff}}\) / \(q_0<0\) **as a DE theorem**.
- Do not treat unexplained expansion as a residual leftover must pay.
- \(H_0\) in leftover clothes is a measured local number, not a proof that the container expands.
