CPT separates claims into three books. Mixing them without a named join package produces overclaims — for example treating dual cancel as continuum hold, or Willmore ladder ratios as absolute mass theorems.

Ratios against data; the coefficient is not derived. The ladder 1+(3/(2α))Σk⁴ is A. O. Barut's empirical formula, Phys. Rev. Lett. 42, 1251 (1979), erratum 43, 1057 (1979). It tracks the muon and the tau. The Willmore reading does not produce the coefficient. Setting a Hopf height to α/3 rewrites 3/(2α) and does not derive it. Generation ratios, not absolute MeV from Willmore alone. Parallel S⁷ Foot track: δ is [E INPUT]; K/L is [E] algebra of that input, not a second input and not a derivation.

Do not: μ/τ are not other knots at the same bag; Willmore = bulk Weber identity is PARKED (O-WV). The η=α/3 rewrite is not a derivation of 3/(2α).
S⁴ latitude architecture; absolute electron mass via Mach under soft package P_EMC (m_Mach, a=ℏ/(mc), E=mc² by identification). Factor-six S³ join banked as geometric hinge, not shielding.

Do not: Hard bulk–face theorem (independent a and m) remains OPEN; α remains INPUT; the Genesis splice is placed packaging and is not a free G or H₀ theorem; R_eff is unnamed.
Soft package P_EMC glues bulk Mach mass to face path energy by identification — operational language, not a hard independent-length theorem. Generation ratios (Route E) stay parallel to S⁷ Foot residuals (δ, K/L), which remain public OPEN even when lab packages advance. Continuum hold and α are not closed by dual packaging alone.
