Soft package P_EMC glues bulk Mach mass to face path energy by identification — operational language, not a hard independent-length theorem. Generation ratios (Route E) stay parallel to S⁷ Foot residuals (δ, K/L), which remain public OPEN even when lab packages advance. Continuum hold and α are not closed by dual packaging alone.
