Licensing Notice
Last updated: May 2026
1. Software packages
The CPT Physics software packages (cpt-core, cpt-pro, cpt-physics, cpt-physics-pro) are proprietary software. All rights are reserved. The packages are not open-source and are not publicly licensed for use, modification, or redistribution at this time.
Access to the packages is granted only through explicit controlled-access arrangements entered into with CPT Physics. Any such arrangement is governed by a separate agreement that defines permitted use, confidentiality obligations, and restrictions on redistribution.
This licensing posture is expected to change as the project advances through its roadmap. Public licensing terms will be announced when packages enter public release.
2. Site content
All written content, design, and code on this website is owned by CPT Physics unless otherwise indicated. You may quote from the site for non-commercial research, commentary, or journalism purposes, provided attribution is given and the quote is not misrepresentative of its context.
Wholesale reproduction or republication of site content for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent.
3. Intellectual property
The CPT framework, its theoretical claims, algorithmic implementations, and associated documentation are intellectual property of CPT Physics. Derivative works based on these assets require explicit written permission.
The CPT Physics name and branding are not available for use by third parties without written permission.
4. Third-party components
This website is built with open-source components including Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, each governed by their respective licenses. These licenses are available in the project’s dependency manifest and are not affected by this notice.
5. Contact
