The CPT framework belongs to everyone. The Community Platform allows researchers to submit extensions, corrections, and new derivations — AI pre-screened for ontology compliance, then open for 30-day community review before publication.

How the submission workflow works
Submit
Register (free) and submit your paper. Anonymous contributions are accepted — but uncredited. Clear wording ensures you understand before submitting.
AI Pre-screen
Automated screening in minutes. Four gates: G1 Ontology (Weber only, no spacetime, Rule C), G2 Frozen results (no contradiction), G3 Duplication, G4 Provisional status tag.
Community Review
Papers that pass the AI screen enter a 30-day open review period. Any registered community member can comment, ask questions, or flag issues.
Editor Confirmation
A human editor (initially Richard Measey) confirms the provisional status tag and approves for publication. The AI tag is advisory — human judgement is final.

Applied technology
IP ReservedSoftware, devices, and applied systems derived from framework results are our IP. The physics is open; the applications are not.
