Framework Constitution

Every community submission is checked against these rules. This is the AI verifier’s ground truth, made public. Read and accept these before submitting.

Part I — Ontology Freeze

These axioms are non-negotiable. A submission that contradicts any of them will be rejected at Gate G1, regardless of its mathematical quality.

OA1

Weber Force Only

The only fundamental interaction is Weber’s electrodynamic force law. No additional fundamental forces may be introduced. Gravity, nuclear forces, and all other interactions must emerge from Weber electrodynamics.

OA2

No Fundamental Spacetime

Spacetime is not a fundamental object. The universe is a 3-sphere S³. Lorentzian spacetime, Minkowski metric, and general relativistic spacetime manifolds are forbidden as fundamental inputs. They may appear as emergent approximations.

OA3

Time = r/c

Time is not an independent dimension. It is defined by t = r/c where r is a characteristic radius and c is the speed of light in the medium. This is the only permissible definition of time in the framework.

OA4

Rule C — All Energy Gravitates

Every form of energy — kinetic, potential, electromagnetic field energy — contributes to the gravitational source term with equal weight. No energy is gravitationally inert.

OA5

S³ Universe

The universe is topologically a 3-sphere with finite volume and positive curvature. No spatial infinity, no boundary conditions at infinity, no flat spatial sections.

OA6

Clifford Torus Particles

Particles are topological structures (torus knots T(p,q)) on the Clifford torus embedded in S³. No point particles, no quantum fields as fundamental objects, no additional dimensions beyond S³.

Part II — The Four AI Pre-screen Gates

All four gates run in order. A submission that fails any gate is rejected at that gate with a detailed explanation.

Part III — What Human Review Adds

The AI pre-screen is a necessary gate, not a sufficient one. Passing all four AI gates does not guarantee publication. Human editor review is required because:

›Physical intuition that is not captured by pattern-matching against existing documents
›Judgment on whether a [M] tag should be upgraded to [E] based on proof quality
›Assessment of whether a result is genuinely new and significant vs. trivially restating known results
›Final authority on the integrity tag assigned to the published version

The AI is fast and consistent. The human editor is authoritative and final.

The submission platform opens when Phase 4 build is complete and tested. Until then, explore the existing results and open problems.
