Freeze — Expectation bounds

Name the book · do not treat every residual as the same homework · no chip flip · no promote

CPT Framework — programme honesty Date: 2026-08-20 Status: THEORY FREEZE · PASS_EXPECTATION_BOUNDS · clarification only Parents: ED ontology freeze · EQ-MEAS · EM units access no-go · LP-D3-ABS · R-eff ontology · compact core · doctrine F2/F3/F16 · VIS-GATE · G7 0.744 · confinement topology · AS15 · MOM-WEAK Not: a residual-chip flip · a hold close · an α derivation · a public promote Tags: [E honesty] · [E process] · [Programme]

0. One-line

Two leftovers downstairs: one dimensionless coupling (\(\alpha\)) and one length. “Open frontier” is honest only if the book is named. Hold is one-seat. Visibility is not \(\alpha\). Equivalence is to measurements, not SM/QED ontology. No chip flip. No promote.

1. Four kinds of residual

| Kind | Meaning | How to speak | |------|---------|----------------| | Wrong book | Still open, not closable by the tool people keep bringing | Bound the sentence | | Not owed | Outside the equivalence target | Ceiling, not homework | | Input / access | A 3-slice cannot mint it | INPUT, not “unsolved 137” | | Genuine frontier | Right book, still unsolved | Keep “open” | Do not write “the framework cannot cover confinement / radiation / gravity” as a blanket. Bound the object in the book.

1b. Two leftovers [E honesty]

\[ \boxed{ \begin{aligned} &\text{A 3-slice has }\textbf{one dimensionless EM coupling }(\alpha)\\ &\text{and }\textbf{one length }(a,\text{ or cosmic }R\text{ if Mach).}\\ &\text{Everything else is structure, a ratio to those units,}\\ &\text{unit clothing, or the wrong book.} \end{aligned} } \] \(\{c,\hbar,\varepsilon_0,e\}\) are clothes of those two (B-UNITS). \(\pi^5\), \(3/(2\alpha)\), \(j=\sqrt\alpha\,l\), leak fractions, and mass ratios use the leftovers; they do not mint a third constant. Resonance \(E_{\mathrm{rot}}=\alpha E_{\mathrm{base}}\) is a use (B-SPINJ), not a seventh leftover.

2. Bound now (already scored)

| ID | Residual | Bound (say this) | Do not expect | |----|----------|------------------|---------------| | B-HOLD | Continuum hold [O] | Single-seat packaging. Two-seat lab ED is Darwin / boosted Coulomb; a measurement is seat–seat (ED-14/15). | Maxwell recovery, dual cancel, Schott/Goedecke, Coulomb bunching, ILC-1, jerk-as-AL, a two-body bench test closing hold | | B-JOIN | Hard bulk–face \(E=mc^2\) [O] | Independent geometric \(a\) and \(m\). Soft \(\mathcal{P}_{\mathrm{EMC}}\) is glue [M]. | Dual cancel, \(\alpha\)-screening, \(R=r_e/2\) | | B-ALPHA | Origin of \(\alpha\) | Access no-go: slice-access on the present 3-algebra. Public INPUT (F2). | A local knot formula for 137; L1 as an \(\alpha\) theorem; census exhaustion as a theorem | | B-ME | Local \(m_e\) | L1 homogeneity. Needs a second length not built from \(a\) or \(\lambda_C(m_e)\). | 511 keV from the knot; Haar volumes as meters | | B-MACH | Mach / M13 | Cosmic relation among shadows. Consumes \(\alpha\). Convention-conditional [P]. | Local mint of units; \(H_0\simeq 69\) as a one-convention theorem | | B-R | What \(R\) is | Unnamed \(R_{\mathrm{eff}}\) only. | Naming FLRW \(R_k\), spin-2 coherence, or horizon; shopping remainder \(k\) | | B-QUARK | Quarks / DIS | Probe ≠ smash. No 3-quark photograph. Lobes 2 vs 3 is lab geometry. | Virtual photons, PDFs, May \(F_2\) as a theorem, live \(uud\) sites | | B-MIX | Unique CKM / PMNS | DENIED / PARK. Oscillation numbers stay in the measurement basket. | Invented \(U_{\mathrm{PMNS}}\) / unique \(V_{\mathrm{CKM}}\) | | B-HEAVY | FL-HEAVY | PARKED as native membership and scale. | Free \(c,b,t\) on \(e_i\) | | B-FS | Free CPT FS / Lamb | PARKED. Ambient recovery is not those theorems. | “Problem solved” without promote | | B-S2 | Free spin-2 action | PARK. Fierz selected, not derived. | A next-obligated Einstein-Hilbert mint | | B-WV | Willmore = 3D Weber | PARKED (O-WV). Three books stay independent. | Collapsing Face ED onto Willmore | | B-RT | NZ shadow / “GRMHD” | Paper I is a comparison theorem. SNAP can flip. | In-repo BHAC / Kerr fluid as an NZ image | | B-VIS | Visibility / per-state slice (G1–G2) | Sister of \(\alpha\), not the same object. \(\alpha=\tan\beta\) names the embedding; bright/dark is occupancy of that embedding. Knot arithmetic (gcd, writhe, single-knot current) is the wrong book (VIS-GATE closed-null). | A knot invariant selecting Hopf/Free or seen/dark; merging G1 into B-ALPHA | | B-UNITS | SI packaging \(\{c,\hbar,\varepsilon_0,e\}\) | After access no-go the downstairs leftovers are one dimensionless coupling and one length. \(\varepsilon_0\) is \(\alpha\) in SI clothes (AS15). \(c\) is face exchange-rate packaging. \(\hbar c/a\) is L1’s link. | A geometric farad/metre; geometric \(c=2.998\times10^8\); geometric \(\hbar\) separate from \(a\) | | B-SPINJ | Spin magnitude / 0.744 | Form of the tower [E] (constant tension, compactness). Resonance \(E_{\mathrm{rot}}=\alpha E_{\mathrm{base}}\) uses \(\alpha\). \(0.744\) is a slope ratio, not a missing projection (five candidates [F]). | \((p,q)\) or a Hopf factor giving \(J\); \(0.744\) as a geometric constant to discover | | B-CONF | Confinement-as-topology | Topology gives knot vs link and integer linking. It does not give QCD confinement or fractional \(U(1)\) (C-TOP FIRE). Dynamical remainder is one-seat hold (B-HOLD). | \(\gcd>1\Rightarrow e/3\); a second confinement homework beside hold | | B-WEAK | \(G_F\) / Weinberg angle as a second coupling | Weak numbers may sit in the measurement basket (EQ-MEAS). A downstairs mint of a new constant is the same overclaim as unique \(V_{\mathrm{CKM}}\). Absolute \(\Gamma\) is rates, not a \(G_F\) theorem. | A second fine-structure constant from the knot; unique geometric \(\theta_W\) | | B-HAD | Hadron barcode vs select law | Occupancy is visibility, not the PDG list. Select-law \(pq\pi^5\) is a channel (once \(m_e\) is INPUT, \(\pi^5\) is a bulk volume factor, not a second 137). Electron dual \(\Rightarrow m_{\mathrm{dyn}}\) is N/A until O-H-pack (new H principle). | \(T(2,3)=\) proton theorem; lattice barcode for the full SM; paste electron dual onto hadrons; hunting “why 306” as if it were \(\alpha\) | Hold sentence (allowed):
Single-seat continuum hold remains open. It is the one-seat packaging book. Two-seat laboratory electrodynamics is a different book (Darwin / boosted Coulomb) and does not close it.
Visibility sentence (allowed):
Bright/dark is a 3D-manifestation / multi-body book. Do not expect a knot invariant to select Hopf vs Free or seen vs dark. That is the same category error as deriving \(\alpha\) from Willmore. Do not merge this into B-ALPHA.
Units sentence (allowed):
Do not hunt a geometric farad-per-metre, a geometric \(c\), or a geometric \(\hbar\) separate from \(a\). Those are unit clothing of B-ALPHA and B-ME.

3. Genuine frontiers (right book — keep “open”)

Seven physics frontiers (F1–F7). Shareable note: a_geom_open_frontiers_note.md. Paper I submit is process, not an eighth chip. | # | Frontier | After bound | |---|----------|-------------| | F1 | One-seat hold | B-HOLD | | F2 | Hard join | B-JOIN | | F3 | Visibility multi-body / sum-class | B-VIS (not G1-as-arithmetic; not \(\alpha\)) | | F4 | Spin growth-rate / moment-arm | B-SPINJ (not 0.744 shopping) | | F5 | Foot \(\delta\) and \(K/L\) first principles | S⁷; Route E ratios are a different track | | F6 | FL-HEAVY native membership | not \(e_i\) | | F7 | Smash-fragment census, if asked | other seats, not on-shell quarks |

4. Gates

| ID | Gate | Verdict | |----|------|---------| | E0 | Four kinds named | PASS | | E1 | Hold bound as one-seat vs two-seat | PASS | | E2 | α / \(m_e\) as INPUT / access, not hold-class homework | PASS | | E3 | No chip flip (hold stays [O]; α stays INPUT) | PASS | | E4 | No promote / no “cannot cover gravity” blanket | PASS | | E5 | B-VIS…B-HAD named; G1 not merged with \(\alpha\); units not a third mint | PASS | | E6 | Two leftovers boxed (\(\alpha\), one length); Route A not a mint | PASS | Exit: PASS_EXPECTATION_BOUNDS

5. Do not

- Flip the hold chip, or sell this freeze as a hold close. - Treat α / local \(m_e\) as the same open as hold. - Collapse two-seat Darwin onto one-seat Weber. - Merge G1 visibility into B-ALPHA, or treat knot arithmetic as a visibility mint. - Hunt geometric \(c\), \(\hbar\), or \(\varepsilon_0\) as extra downstairs constants. - Treat \(0.744\) as a geometric constant, or \((p,q)\) as \(J\). - Run confinement-as-topology as a second homework beside B-HOLD. - Mint \(G_F\) / unique \(\theta_W\), or \(T(2,3)=\) proton / electron-dual-as-hadron. - Promote. Paper I submit remains first.

6. One-line for agents

Two leftovers downstairs (\(\alpha\) and a length); name the book; hold is one-seat; visibility ≠ α; chips unflipped; no promote.

Looked into (3 Sep): B-HOLD still unpaid as a force; geodesic shape if contained is not that book (a_geom_photon_confinement_forces_honesty_consideration.md).
