0. One-line

No buckling eigenvalue at leftover \(K\). PARK E. For round \(S^3(R)\subset\mathbb{R}^4\), \(|A|^2=3/R^2\). The area / CMC Jacobi form is \(Q(f)=\int\lvert\nabla f\rvert^2-\lvert A\rvert^2 f^2\), so \(Q_\ell/\lVert f\rVert^2=[\ell(\ell+2)-3]/R^2\). Volume-preserving drops \(\ell=0\) (leftover-\(R\) / GE-J home). Kernel is \(\ell=1\), degeneracy 4: translations of the 3-sphere in leftover \(\mathbb{R}^4\), not a well. First shape mode \(\ell=2\) has gap \(5/R^2\) (clock \(\sqrt{5}\,c^2/R\simeq 5.17\,a_0\), not an interpolator). Galaxy-scale harmonics \(\ell\sim R/r\simeq 10^6\) have \(Q\gg 0\): area energy stiffens a dimple, it does not yield. \(\pi_3(S^3)=\mathbb{Z}\) is Hopf charge, not a mass-well instanton. Fat-ODE is a smooth \(0.48\,\mathrm{dex}\) kink, not a snap. Graph neck at \(\sqrt{mR}\simeq 5\,\mathrm{kpc}\) is BEND-SEQ, not a Jacobi zero. Prize OPEN.

1. Spectrum (unit leftover \(K=1/R\))

| \(\ell\) | deg \((\ell+1)^2\) | \(Q R^2\) | Role | |----------|---------------------|-----------|------| | 0 | 1 | \(-3\) | Dilation / leftover \(R\); excluded if volume-preserving | | 1 | 4 | \(0\) | Kernel: translations | | 2 | 9 | \(+5\) | First shape; stable | | 3 | 16 | \(+12\) | stable | | 4 | 25 | \(+21\) | stable |

Finding J1 [E algebra]. The only zero of the unperturbed operator, after dropping the volume mode, is ambient translation. That is not a RAR buckle. Finding J2 [E honesty]. Converting the gap to an acceleration clock \(c^2\sqrt{\lvert Q\rvert}\) is FT-S3-SPECTRUM’s clock, not a yield theorem. \(\ell=2\) sits at \(\simeq 5.17\,a_0\); \(\ell=0\)’s clock is the same \(4.01\,a_0\) as the Laplace \(\ell=1\) gap. Neither is \(\nu(y)\).

2. A mass well is not an instanton of this operator

A kpc well on leftover \(S^3\) is a packet of \(\ell\sim R/r\simeq 1.23\times 10^6\) at \(8.5\,\mathrm{kpc}\). Those modes cost area (\(Q R^2\sim \ell^2\)). The 3-volume / CMC energy that this Jacobi operator belongs to stabilizes localized dimples. Yield would be a constitutive softening, which this operator does not have.

When the embedding-height conversion \(u=(R/c^2)\Phi\) makes the graph slope \(g/a_\star=O(1)\), the surface is no longer a graph (neck \(\sqrt{mR}\simeq 5.01\,\mathrm{kpc}\)). That is FT-BEND-SEQ, already KILL, not a new zero of \(Q\) on the round sphere.

Finding J3 [E]. \(\pi_3(S^3)=\mathbb{Z}\) classifies Hopf maps \(S^3\to S^3\), the electron-seat book, not embeddings of a galactic well. Do not mill Hopf instantons as leftover RAR. Finding J4 [E honesty]. Candidate E asked for a non-perturbative snap. SPARC’s bend is \(\sim 2\,\mathrm{dex}\) smooth; the Occam fat-ODE is \(0.48\,\mathrm{dex}\) smooth. A Jacobi buckle, had it existed, would still have been the wrong shape.

§FT-JACOBI-UMBILIC: umbilic \(S^3\subset\mathbb{R}^4\) Jacobi kernel = translations; no leftover-\(K\) buckle; galaxy \(\ell\sim R/r\) stiffens; \(\pi_3\) not a well; PARK E; prize OPEN; no promote.
