§0bn1089, §0bn984, §0bn986, CL-TORI-DM, and §0bn1080 stay as written. \(a_{\mathrm{sym}}\) is not selected. No member is crowned. Public chips stay OPEN. Phase 2 is not run. No promote.

0. One-line

The proposed nest density is the Poisson source of the spherical logarithm. Added to a point mass it is the single member \(g=g_N+\sqrt{g_N a_{\mathrm{sym}}}\). Its ultraviolet deficit falls as \(x^{-1/2}\), on the slow side of the perihelion gate. SILENT still assigns no mass to an empty leaf. CL-TORI-DM still does not derive \(\rho(r)\).

1. What CL-TORI-DM already passed

PASS_CL_TORI_DM is a category judgement. A collisionless, non-shining, spherical inventory is a fair name for missing mass, and a better category than a Birkeland current. The same note then FAIL_IDENTIFYs the page: \(T_{\mathrm{Cl}}\) is the seat inside a local core, not a kiloparsec halo. Mass is not associated with unmanifested windings. Willmore is not \(m_e\). \(W_{12}\) is unpaid. The note does not derive \(\rho(r)\) or the Tully–Fisher relation. It names the halo and does not retire it.

§0bn1089 supplied \(\rho=A/(4\pi G r^2)\) with \(A=\sqrt{GM a_{\mathrm{sym}}}\) as the source of \(\Phi=A\ln r\). That is the singular isothermal sphere. It was not computed from a Hopf leaf, from mean curvature, or from Willmore energy. The middle leaf is minimal. The Israel prefactor stays unpaid. Using that source as the missing derivation reverses the sentence CL-TORI-DM wrote. This note does not edit that file.

2. The equation is one member

Keep the work order's Poisson equation, with the banked sign \(\nabla^2\Phi=4\pi G\rho\) and \(g=\partial_r\Phi\),

\[ \nabla^2\Phi=4\pi G\rho_{\mathrm{baryon}}+\frac{A}{r^2},\qquad A=\sqrt{GM a_{\mathrm{sym}}}. \]

For a point mass the first integral is

\[ g=\frac{GM}{r^2}+\frac{A}{r}=g_N+\sqrt{g_N a_{\mathrm{sym}}}. \]

The nest piece is present at every radius. It is not switched on at a threshold. The two terms are equal at \(r=\sqrt{GM/a_{\mathrm{sym}}}\), the \(a_{\mathrm{sym}}\) sphere already distinguished from \(\sqrt{(GM/c^2)R}\) in §0bn1088. Inside that sphere the Newtonian term is the larger one. The nest term does not go away.

With \(x=g_N/a_{\mathrm{sym}}\),

\[ \mu(x)=\frac{g_N}{g}=\frac{\sqrt{x}}{1+\sqrt{x}}. \]

At large \(x\), \(\mu=1-x^{-1/2}+\cdots\). At small \(x\), \(g\sim\sqrt{g_N a_{\mathrm{sym}}}\), so \(v^4\to GM a_{\mathrm{sym}}\) and, with the acceleration variable \(g/a_{\mathrm{sym}}\), \(\mu\) sits on the deep rail. Both homogeneous ends are met. The interpolating function is this one function. §0bn986 fixes the location of a threshold and does not write \(F\). §0bn1087 keeps the search for a unique \(F\) off the working target. Selecting \(a_{\mathrm{sym}}\) inside \(A\) chooses the unit.

The square root is not linear in \(M\). A disk, or two masses, is not the point-mass halo written here. The enclosed nest mass \(Ar/G\) grows without a bound.

3. The ultraviolet deficit is on the slow side

§0bn1080 and PASS_FT_AXIS_MU_NARROW_STILL_MULTIPLE use

\[ \frac{\delta g}{g_N}=\frac{1}{\mu}-1 \]

and remove the slow face. The fired row \(\mu=x/(1+x)\) has deficit \(1/x\), and Mercury on that row is \(1.63''/\mathrm{cy}\). This member has

\[ \frac{1}{\mu}-1=x^{-1/2}=\sqrt{\frac{a_{\mathrm{sym}}}{g_N}}, \]

larger than the fired row's deficit by \(\sqrt{g_N/a_{\mathrm{sym}}}\) at the same planet. The estimator is linear in the deficit. The row sits with the face the gate removes. No new arcsecond figure is computed here, and the mill is not rerun. Replacing the comparison scale by \(c^2/R\) still fires the slow face in that note. \(a_{\mathrm{sym}}\) is not the unit of the gate.

The same asymptotic is the flat curve the work order recovers in the outskirts, \(v^4=GM a_{\mathrm{sym}}\). a_geom_ft_inverse_rotation_results.md already records that one isothermal speed, tuned at \(20\,\mathrm{kpc}\), gives \(255\,\mathrm{km\,s^{-1}}\) against \(220\,\mathrm{km\,s^{-1}}\) at \(8.5\,\mathrm{kpc}\). The point-mass asymptote is not that galaxy.

4. SILENT does not become a mass

§0bn984: the carrier through empty space is the container's nest. The leaves are already there. Localized integers stay on occupied knots. The empty region stays SILENT. No mass is assigned to an unoccupied leaf. Dark matter stays off this gate. One kiloparsec is \(7.99\times 10^{31}\) Compton lengths.

A density \(\rho\propto\sqrt{M}/r^2\) filling the region around a baryonic mass is a mass on that region. The vacuum piece of the proposal, zero stress when \(M=0\), is the silent case. The sourced piece is a new declaration. It does not upgrade SILENT. It occupies the void the gate left empty. The Einstein equation with \(T_{\mu\nu}\) built from this \(\rho\) is not solved. The step that was integrated is Poisson's equation.

The shells at \(1.8\,\mathrm{m}\) and \(36\,\mathrm{AU}\) are not adopted. §0bn1088 already left \(\sqrt{r_s R}\) off the page. The volume density attaches a halo to every central mass at every radius, so refusing a shell does not leave this \(\rho\) as a source that stays off ordinary bodies.

6. First task

Load §0bn1090. The density \(\sqrt{GM a_{\mathrm{sym}}}/(4\pi G r^2)\) is the Poisson source of the spherical logarithm. Added to a point mass it is the member \(g=g_N+\sqrt{g_N a_{\mathrm{sym}}}\), with \(\mu=\sqrt{x}/(1+\sqrt{x})\) in \(x=g_N/a_{\mathrm{sym}}\). The ultraviolet deficit falls as \(x^{-1/2}\), on the slow side of the perihelion gate. SILENT stays massless on the empty leaf. CL-TORI-DM stays mass-unpaid. Do not select \(a_{\mathrm{sym}}\). Do not crown this \(\mu\). Do not rewrite §0bn1089, §0bn984, or §0bn986. Phase 2 is not run. Public chips stay OPEN.

§FT-NEST-STRAIN: the proposed density is the logarithmic source; the sum is one member; the ultraviolet deficit is \(x^{-1/2}\); SILENT stays massless; promote NO.
