Freeze — CDM is not an input

0. One-line

Do not put CDM into the calculation. Rotation, Mach \(G\), dwarfs, and local \(\theta_E\) are to be solved with baryons plus named leftover physics (Book G 1PN, assumed Sciama floor if used as clothes). Collisionless extra species are not an ingredient, not a Mach seat, not SPARC \(I\), and not a fix. Literature CDM numbers may be quoted as contrast (SMHM \(\sigma\sim 35\) vs DF2 \(\sim 8.5\)). Unpaid CAT-EVID (KiDS GGL extra \(\Phi\), clusters) stays OPEN — forbidding the input is not a close. KiDS cosmic-shear cosmology and CMB \(\Omega_m\) are not RAR boards (FT-DE-NO-MATCH; sky \(z\) TO BED). M16 wreck if extra species enter the Mach sum stands. Birkeland is not the substitute. Sciama floor stays parked. \(R\) unnamed. No chip.
