\((\mathbf{B}\cdot\nabla)\Omega=0\). At \(0.70\,R_\odot\) and \(430\,\mathrm{nHz}\) the equatorial potential is \(3.204\times 10^{11}\,\mathrm{V}\) per tesla. The velocity jump \(132\,\mathrm{m\,s^{-1}}\) matches \(B_\phi=1.62\,\mathrm{T}\) at the scored base density. \(\pi\sqrt{(1.35\times 10^{11})(9.05\times 10^{4})}=11.004\,\mathrm{yr}\) because the sheath voltage is the invert of that capacitance. The dynamo-flow seat stays closed.
Gas pressure at the scored base is \(3.314\times 10^{12}\,\mathrm{Pa}\). Magnetic pressure equals that gas pressure at \(2886\,\mathrm{T}\). The homopolar potential is axisymmetric. A coaxial return on the Sirius length gives \(27.02\,\mathrm{yr}\). The same product to six figures is \(11.00366\,\mathrm{yr}\), and twice that is \(22.007\,\mathrm{yr}\). The printed \(11.004\,\mathrm{yr}\) stays that rounding. See a_geom_coaxial_sirius_circuit.md. No ledger row. No promote.
