Abstract
Diagnostic superheavy dual-edge stack: PRC-A proton edge, free-neutron L1 firmness (dual3 S2n>3 MeV), and topo coulomb-freeze hard edge (nα≥50). Modelled packaging only — no BE/A island theorem, no half-lives, mass-table promote not approved.
