What the integrity register is

Every significant claim in the framework has a finding ID, a status tag, a source document, and a page link.

Methodology

Claims are evaluated against topological rigor, empirical match, and formal stability.[E] means the geometric proof is complete.[M] indicates model-reproduced results consistent with all constraints; not yet first-principles.[O] are current research directions.[F] means the hypothesis has been mathematically or empirically shown to be forbidden.
