OpenOPEN ontology — Doctrine v1.1.4. Not a name, not a horizon, not the electron S³.Unnamed R_eff
Laboratory constants plus the published Mach book infer a length. Its physical ontology is unresolved.

Before any Hubble dual, mixed-mass closure with the Green-book value reads
About 10.6 Gpc. Inverting R_eff=√6 c/H₀ returns H₀≈68.97 — the M13 dual, not a second derivation.
What it cannot currently be called
- FLRW curvature radius — implies , rejected as a CMB statement.
- Expanding S³ scale factor — if the radius expands at , then is 928 times the quoted lunar-laser half-width (M12), for and for at fixed mass. A stationary container does not write .
- Theorem-grade spin-2 coherence length — the eigenvalue is geometry [E]; the lock is not derived.
- Particle or event horizon — no identification banked.
- The electron's — Compton / , not . Present fails as independent F2 .
Correct posture
Live with unnamed . Any new proposal must explain both stationarity and the ~√6 Hubble match together. Do not mint from this length.
